hello hello

After 11 hours,four cups of bad thermos coffee, three bathroom runs and one 24-hour Safeway visit for water and natural confectionery company snakes, there are now eight of these beautiful objects in my [very excited] possession.



It was a marathon effort... not helped by the people down the front of the line who used a guitar and some questionable musicianship to work their way through the entire powderfinger songbook, complete with enthusiastic over-harmonising and dubious lyric remembering. Thankfully they fell asleep sometime around one, and we spent the rest of the night chatting away to random groupies [we, of course, were not groupies, but dedicated fans with well developed music taste]

Anyway there's been a second show announced for the next night - so all of you who missed out, rustle up a sleeping bag and a thermos and head to the nearest ticketmaster... it's going to go off!!
